In March we quickly transitioned almost ninety percent of our team to work from home. Our return to work plan is a much more gradual approach. We currently have twenty-five percent of our team in office, at our three New Brunswick locations, and we will welcome back additional team members in the coming weeks.
In working from home we achieved improvements in our delivery of service to you. We reduced our impact on the environment, with a reduction in paper through the use of electronic tools including our new client self serve My Wilson App, accessible from your computer, mobile device and from our website .
With so many team members successfully telecommuting, Wilson Insurance has made the decision to continue to have at least fifty percent of our team working from home, until all Public Health restrictions are lifted. Our intention is to open our offices to clients on Monday, June 15th. If you need to see us prior to June 15th, just call us at 458.8505 or 1.800.704.5766 and our Director of First Impressions will transfer you to your dedicated account representative to make an appointment. Thank you for staying home and staying safe. You played an important role in our provinces’ enviable COVID-19 results. Please continue to follow physical distancing and frequent hand washing guidelines when visiting our business and others. We have floor markings and hand sanitizer ready for you.
