Given the current pandemic and our commitment to help our carbon footprint, we are proud to announce that Wilson Insurance is looking at innovative ways to reduce paper through technology.
Effective January 2021 your policy documents will be available to you online. You can activate your “MyWilson” account on your computer or your mobile device or wait for your renewal and an account will be set up for you.
Here’s the scoop:
- An account will be activated for you 60 days prior to your renewal. Your login and password will be emailed to the email address we have on file.
- At that time you will need to: Visit www.wilsoninsurance.ca and click on the My Wilson button in the top right hand corner.
- Once you sign in via our website, you can then download the My Wilson App on your mobile device from the App Store.
- Upon login you will be required to change your personal password.
|If you do not wish to receive your insurance information digitally, you are still in the driver’s seat. Just call or email your Dedicated Account Manager to let them know your preference.|
Here’s what My Wilson offers you… self-service access to your insurance information from any device 24/7, including:
LIABILITY CARD / AUTOMOBILE ID CARD – You can print your Liability/Auto ID Card, which is extremely valuable in situations when it has been lost or misplaced or when registering your vehicle. This document can be printed, emailed or viewed on screen directly from the online access app.
ACCIDENT CLAIMS REPORTING – When you need to report an accident/claim, it is important to do so while the details are fresh in your mind. My Wilson provides you with a questionnaire and the ability to upload any related documentation, including accident photos. Allowing you to report a claim from your smartphone or tablet. The information you provide is sent directly to get your claim started.
HAVE A CHANGE TO MAKE? Request a change to your information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including sending requests to add, delete and/or modify coverage. Of course, you still have the option to email or call your dedicated account manager with changes as well.
PLEASE NOTE: Requests for the addition, deletion, or modification of coverage are not effective until authorized and confirmed by a licensed representative at Wilson Insurance. These confirmations will typically be communicated within 24 hours.
