The Role:
As a Personal Lines VIP Account Manager, you are the trusted connection between our VIP clients, insurance partners, and internal teams. You’ll create and maintain relationships, work outside the box to provide risk management solutions for complex accounts, solve problems before they become issues and ensure our VIP clients feel confident, supported and well-advised.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain positive client relations with a high-value portfolio of VIP Personal Insurance clients.
- Demonstrate exceptional commitment to consistently and proactively exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with Underwriters daily and maintain strong and positive relationships.
- Manage client policy renewals as well as re-market existing clients when necessary.
- Efficiently handle claims, change requests, and client inquires.
- Follow up on abeyances daily.
- Quote policy changes through Applied Rating Services and company portals.
- Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate risk management solutions.
- Collaborate with Commercial Lines Account Executives on service requests and retention of their personal lines’ commercial clients.
- Handle complex, outside the box requests, using sound judgement to assess risks or issues.
- Conducting presentations and meetings (in person / virtual and formal /informal).
What You Bring:
- Level 1 Agent License is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business, or related field or college diploma in insurance brokerage (i.e.. CAIB, CIP or RIBO) is preferred. A combination of education, skills and experience will be considered.
- 5 years of Broker/Insurance Industry experience.
- 5 years of experience in client or customer service.
- Experience with high-net-worth insurance carriers
- Exceptional attention to detail, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Confidence using MS365 and broker management systems (Applied EPIC is an asset).
- Bilingualism is an asset.
How We Work:
- Fredericton or Moncton, NB
- Regular office hours are 8am to 4:30 PM AST.
- Occasional travel, off-site meetings or events and overtime is required.
