Personal Home & Car Insurance Account Manager – Fredericton or Moncton Location

The role of Account Manager (AM) is a customer service role for our Personal Home and Auto clients. You will enjoy our up-to-date technology, team meetings, and ongoing continuous learning, and contribute your ideas to the rest of the team.

Your work will focus on Home and Auto insurance with communication online, call in or in-office client visits.  This role is key in our organization because we have high aspirations. Many of our staff came to work at Wilson Insurance and have stayed for years, for good reasons.  We are a local business that prides ourselves on stability, career growth and prosperity.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service with excellent experiences
• Answer client questions and address concerns
• Connect with insurers and underwriters
• Document and follow up on claims
• Review client coverages

Demonstrable Experience …

• Licensed broker or working towards your CAIB or CIP designation a definite asset
• Natural Cross Selling & Upselling Skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Dedicated team player with a strong work ethic and desire to achieve
• Comfortable with technology (Microsoft O365)
• Bilingual (French and English)
