Personal Home & Car Insurance Account Administrator – Fredericton or Moncton Location

The role of Account Administrator  (AA) is a administrative service role for our Personal Home and Auto Team. You will enjoy our up-to-date technology, team meetings, and ongoing continuous learning, and contributing ideas and efficiencies to the rest of the team.

Your work will focus on Home and Auto insurance with communication primarily done online.  Many of our staff came to work at Wilson Insurance and stay for years, for good reasons.  We are a local business that prides ourselves on stability, career growth and prosperity.

You will be joining a growing organization, at the right time in our growth curve, to allow you to shape and advance your career within.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Transacting accounts
• Renewing policies
• Processing downloads
• Reception back up as needed
• Reviewing accuracy on policy Renewals and Endorsements
• Updating policies
• Document and follow up on claims
• Review client coverages
• Additional administrative tasks as assigned
• Service back up as needed

Demonstrable Experience …

• Self -motivated with a natural ability to deliver excellence in customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and executions skills
• A team player
• Excellent written, and oral communication skills
• Comfortable with technology (Microsoft O365)
• A CAIB/CIP designation or working toward obtaining, would be an asset.
