COVID-19 Protect yourself and your business

We are responding proactively to reduce the spread of COVID-19 so, effective today, our office buildings are closed to clients until further notice. These measures will change how we do a few things, but rest assured we are “Open for Business” with the same business hours Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Here is how you can reach us and do your part to reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure:

  • Need to make a payment? Payments can be done electronically.  Give us a call for assistance on choosing the best method for you.

In addition to these changes, Wilson Insurance has also:

  • Implemented a work from home program for our team to begin later this week
  • Cancelled all business travel and face to face meetings
  • Required 14 days self isolation for employees who recently travelled outside of Canada.

These measures have all been put into effect to reduce the spread and the impact of the virus on service levels to you.  We are reviewing our policies daily.

With many Canadians tele-commuting we want to remind those working from home to be vigilant to cyber-crimes, like phishing scams, as the threat is heightened. Business owners with Cyber Insurance should advise us if they have implemented a work from home program and any measures you have put in place to reduce your risk of loss so we can advise your insurance company and maintain protection levels.
