Commercial Account Manager- Fredericton or Moncton

Responsibilities include working within a team environment to provide a high level of service and risk management solution to our valued business clients.

You would be responsible for:

• Working closely within the team of Account Managers, Administrators and Account Executives.
• Reviewing coverages and advising clients of recommended coverages.
• Assisting with New Business marketing and remarkets as needed.
• Proactive and reactive service requirements as required by our clients.
• Keeping up to date on market changes.

The ideal candidate for this position needs to possess the following:

• 2-5 years commercial insurance knowledge would be an asset
• Self-motivated with a natural ability to deliver excellence in customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
• CAIB, CIP designation, or similar experience would be an asset
• Knowledge of EPIC and Policy works would be an asset.
• A team player
