Commercial Account Administrator – Fredericton, NB

Responsibilities include working within a team environment to provide a high level of service and risk management solutions to our valued business clients.

You would be responsible for:

• Preparing, proofreading, and issuing bonds
• Confirmation of insurance certificates
• Updating EPIC and PolicyWorks
• Request policy changes/ Endorsements/Invoicing
• Build relationships with companies.
• Provide support and back up to the Commercial Account Manager Team

The ideal candidate for this position needs to possess the following:

• Self -motivated with a natural ability to deliver excellence in customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and executions skills
• CAIB designation or experience in the Insurance Industry would be an asset.
• A team player
